Your home deserves consistent care — and our Monthly Maintenance Package makes it easy to keep everything running smoothly year-round. Each month, our skilled handyman will visit your home to perform a detailed 1 hour inspection and take care of routine upkeep tasks that often get overlooked.
We’ll handle essentials like checking for leaks, tightening loose fixtures, replacing air filters(one set per year included in price), testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, lubricating doors and hinges, inspecting caulking and weather-stripping, light bulbs, and other associated items and taking care of small fixes before they turn into bigger, costlier repairs.
This service is perfect for busy homeowners, landlords, or anyone who wants the peace of mind that comes from knowing their home is well-maintained and safe.
Please note: If we discover additional repairs or maintenance needs outside the standard monthly checklist, we’ll always discuss them with you first. Any extra work will only be completed with your approval and may incur additional charges.
For homeowners who want a little more peace of mind, our Intermediate Monthly Maintenance Package provides a deeper level of care for your home’s essential systems and structure. Each month, we perform a detailed inspection and complete both standard upkeep tasks and a few added services to help protect your investment and prevent costly repairs down the road.
In addition to the basics—checking for leaks, tightening fixtures, replacing filters, testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and lubricating doors and hinges—this package also includes seasonal maintenance like gutter and downspout checks, minor drywall touch-ups, light bulb replacements, and small plumbing or electrical adjustments.
It’s the perfect choice for homeowners who want regular, reliable upkeep that goes beyond the basics but remains affordable and convenient.

Each month, our skilled handyman performs a thorough inspection and takes care of essential upkeep while also completing rotating seasonal tasks that target every area of your home. Premium members also enjoy priority scheduling, discounted labor rates on additional repairs, and an annual home performance review.
Sample Service Schedule
Monthly Tasks (Every Visit):
Full home inspection for leaks, wear, and damage
Replace HVAC filters (as needed)
Test smoke & carbon monoxide detectors
