Sample Service Schedule

Monthly Tasks (Every Visit):

  • Full home inspection for leaks, wear, and damage

  • Replace HVAC filters (as needed)

  • Test smoke & carbon monoxide detectors

  • Lubricate doors, hinges, and locks

  • Check plumbing fixtures and drains

  • Tighten hardware and handles

  • Inspect and replace light bulbs (as needed)

Quarterly Focus Areas:

  • Winter: Inspect weatherstripping, door seals, insulation, and furnace filters
